Group of youths on e-bikes near junior high

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of several juveniles gathered with e-bikes near the intersection of Marsh Creek Road and Regency Drive by a junior high school. The caller suggested they might be of possible interest to local police or investigators.
