Elderly woman unconscious and possibly broken hip at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, an 80-year-old woman was found unconscious but breathing near Rural Valley Road in Buffalo Township. Emergency responders were dispatched. She may have a broken hip and was located between the kitchen and hallway.
