We're going to be en route to your facility with a 51-year-old male who called us for shortness of breath. Currently, he's showing ASIV on a 12 lead. Initially, when we showed up, his blood pressure was pretty low at about 85 over 70. Lung sound sounded good. His heart rate has been elevated in the 120s to 130s. SPO2 is at about 92 on room air. Patient says he has kind of been in and out of the hospital with various medical issues saying he has an infection in his leg. He does have quite a cardiac history of A-Fib. He is diabetic. He does have congestive heart failure and hypertension. But he's been pretty low in our care. Last blood pressure was 119 over 81. We have attempted an IV. We have attempted in one IV with no success in the left AC. Patients did. Currently is stable at the moment. Any further questions or orders at this time? Also, blood sugar was 182. No, we're going to meet you in trauma, too. Thank you. Thank you.
