95th, Clay County Hospital. Okay, Medical Center, go ahead. On scene with a elderly gentleman, possibly anywhere from 77 to 80 years old. We got called today for possible heart attack. Patient was cleaning me and pale. showing sinus rhythm, no abnormalities. Patient does not speak English very well. We can only get certain answers and he does not. I remember a lot of information we're trying to get, so we do not have a day of birth or anything like that. They're trying to locate family members. Patient does not have a lot of phone or anything like that. He's complaining of chest and abdomen pain. We've given him 324 milligrams of aspirin and plus nitro. Current vitals are pulse 116, blood pressure, blood pressure 146 over 80, PASB2 has been around to 97%. The patient is just complaining of chest pain and asthma in pain at this time. It does look like he has a colostomy bag. That's about the only information we've been able to get. We're attempting to do an IV on them currently. We will probably be leaving the scene here in about 5 minutes, EPA at 20 minutes. We have questions or orders at this time. No questions or orders will give you room arrival.
