80-year-old male unable to speak, lethargic at home

Can I have you 51 to (number withheld) Northwest Oak Tree Road in reference to an 80 year old male who is claiming unable to form words.

In response to his wife and abnormally lethargic, he hasn't started EMT yet and has started radiation treatment due to his history of lung cancer, which he was recently diagnosed with.
