Vehicle hits guide rail, damage reported at service area

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are handling a reported property damage accident near the New York State Thruway westbound by the Clarence service area. A black Jeep Wrangler apparently hit a guide rail a few miles before exit 48 and is now in the main parking lot. No other vehicles or injuries were reported.
