As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities responded to a reported vehicle striking a pedestrian on State Route 302 near the Circleville firehouse in the Town of Wallkill. The pedestrian was later reported to be up and walking, and EMS was requested for a minor abrasion while fire units were not needed.
