Flash flooding and evacuations in Greene County

As discussed during the dispatch call, the National Weather Service issued flash flood warnings/advisories for parts of East Tennessee. Emergency management reported ongoing flash flooding in the Horse Creek Recreation Area and immediately downstream along Horse Creek in southeast Greene County, with evacuations advised in affected low-lying areas after about 2 inches of rain overnight.
