Suspicious bag of clothing found near blue car

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a pull-off near Falls Boulevard in the town of Sullivan for a report of a possibly suspicious bag of clothing found near a blue Jetta. The report was called in by a resident waiting at the scene.
