Call report, you heard of bicycle crash outside the laundromat, went outside to check, and saw a female lying on the sidewalk, appeared non-responsive. As I was speaking, the caller, female, got up, denied EMS, then took off on a teal bike. She had brown hair, black, tank top, blue jeans. Caller's concerned?
