Police check on suspicious delivery truck

Officers report a possibly stolen or suspicious moving or delivery truck traveling west on Congress Parkway in Chicago. The truck, described as a box truck similar to a U-Haul or FedEx vehicle, is called out over the radio. Units are advised that another district has already been notified. An officer in the area goes to look for the truck. The truck is then reported to have stopped at a stop sign between Kilbourn Avenue and Kolmar Avenue on Congress, and officers are directed to that location to check on it.
