A caller at a location near East 76th Place reports that a man with a knife attacked a woman. The man is described as about six feet tall, wearing a black coat, a black hoodie with red on it, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers. Another man with dreadlocks was also involved. The main offender ran away on foot toward the east. The caller is worried that the offender might return and find her.
