Wanted person reports he will surrender on Indiana

Officers are told that a person who is wanted has called from near South Indiana Avenue and says he is tired of running and plans to turn himself in. The caller says he will be waiting on a corner and gives a description of his clothing. A woman can be heard in the background telling him not to go before the call ends. Officers say they will go to the area to look for him. In a separate radio exchange, marine unit officers are informed that a caller from a nearby high-rise will come down to the beach area to point out what she believes may be a body or body bag near a gate by the beach. Units acknowledge and respond to these reports.
