As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a two-vehicle crash involving a van and a Volkswagen near a driveway off Chillicothe Road in the Chester area. Fire and rescue units responded, and it was reported that everyone appeared to be out of the vehicles with moderate damage. A tow was requested for the Volkswagen Jetta.
