Report of reckless semi truck on Route 30

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a reckless semi truck with a white tank traveling on Route 30 near a discount store. A unit followed the truck toward Chester and across the Jennings Randolph Bridge but did not observe any traffic violations.
