Fall detection alarm triggers welfare check at Chester home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested near 240th Street following a fall detection alarm for an elderly man. The alarm company was unable to contact the individual, and the GPS indicates the location is near the house but possibly outside.
