Worker spins gravel at caller and makes threats

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller near a private road off County Road 31 reported a dispute with a worker who became angry over not being paid, spun gravel toward the caller and his vehicle, and allegedly made threats. An officer was dispatched to speak with the caller.
