Man causes disturbance at business lobby

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a white man in his twenties who went into a lobby near Brady Street and Chestnut in Saginaw, Michigan, asked for help, and then became disorderly before leaving in a white GMC crew cab heading eastbound.
