Current vitals are 144 over 95, sinus at 92, sat 98% with a respiratory rate of 18. We've got a sea collared in place, we've got the right arm squinted, got an IV in place. A patient has declined analgesics due to a past substance abuse history. Trauma vans with Charlie 736249, as stated, currently en route to White River Cherokee Village. High River and Bates will be our recommendation where there's orthogist advice we're going to continue to Cherokee Village.
