Dog locked in vehicle barking at Polly's Country Market

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was reported for a dog locked in a white Chevy Colorado vehicle at Polly's Country Market near S Main St. The dog was inside the vehicle for about 10 minutes with cracked windows and barking. Officer 17 responded and arrived on scene.
