Fire alarm malfunction on Hawthorne Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and police responded to a fire alarm activation at a building near Hawthorne Street in Chelsea. The alarm system apparently malfunctioned and could not be reset, and the building owner or manager arranged for an electrician to make repairs.
