Crash with trapped passenger on Olive Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a traffic collision near the 1800 block of Olive Avenue between 18th Street and 19th Street. Units reported a pole down with wires and confirmed one passenger apparently trapped while the driver was already out. The trapped passenger was awake and alert but complaining of leg pain, and crews began extrication while checking another person involved.
