Two vehicles collide on Reserve Way, no injuries

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a traffic accident involving a black sedan and a black SUV near the entrance to apartments by Reserve Way and East Rainier in Chattanooga. Both vehicles are on the right shoulder and there are no reported injuries.
