Tamper alarm and suspicious vehicle reported

Dispatch reports a tamper alert from a monitoring device linked to a person identified in records, first associated with Orchard Knob Elementary and then updated to an address on East 23rd Street. The person is no longer at that location and may have moved toward Schaefer Road. During the same radio traffic, officers are also advised of a suspicious white sedan parked outside a duplex on Cleveland Avenue for about twenty minutes with no one inside, and the caller asks to speak with an officer in person.
