What essentially happened on the interstate was that particular portion of interstate 24 and 75 where they meet is seems like perennially under construction. Right now, they had temporary drains in there, and those temporary drains were not designed to handle that kind of flow. So that's why we had interstate issues. Some of the other areas around here, we have several levees and things around town that help direct the water. Now, these have, by and large, fixed what used to be a very, very bad flooding problem in Chattanooga. However, if we get a lot of rain in a big hurry, and my gauge says that within about four hours, we got seven and one-third inches. So that is what my gauge said. It's a brand new gauge, too, so that better be right. You get that much water that fast. It just does not have time to run off. So that was what was causing the issues.
