Stated four unhoused people were passing around a pipe and setting in a tent. There was a white male wearing blue short sleeves, shorts with a beard and hair in a bun wearing glasses in a bandana, Hispanic male, 25 wearing a black hat shirt around his neck with black shorts, a white female, age 25, red shirt, black long pants, and two buns in her hair. She does have video of this. One 20th direct. 150 direct. 24, Eastway. 24. I'm in service desert supervisor and you're going to be out there the pavilion 104 Cp. 70 Cp. Cp.
