ECC[1] units responding to 2527 Hydraulic Rd. We also did get a call from the tow truck driver. Both callers stated that the vehicle was about to be towed and that the owner is sitting in the vehicle to prevent it from being removed. VDOT was notified about the deer carcass on the sidewalk.
