Over the last couple of weeks, he's been sort of stumbling and having some issues with balance, and then today he was trying to climb up some steps that got to the top step in Trip Tower. forward. He did not fall into step, but struck his head on the baseboard. I was no loss of consciousness but was confused after the impact. He was taken to (name withheld) Memorial where they found that he has a new sub, a new acute subdural hematoma that is on top of the old subdural hematola. It's in bilateral on both sides. He's also got a small 8 millimeter left to right shift. At this time, he is awakening oriented to name. in place. He is a GCS of 14. Vital signs are as follows, heart rate signing, sinus rhythm, blood pressure is 158 over 72, respiratory is 17, and he's 93% on room air. He's only complaining of a mild headache at this time. He does have a significant bleeding into the scolera of his left eye, and he's got about a golf ball size hematola over his left eye. neurological deficits at this time, they did do a CT of his neck, which was negative, just so you know.
