Jet skis spraying people near Ferry Beach pier

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint from Ferry Beach Park about people on jet skis operating very close to shore near the pier and spraying beachgoers. A unit was assigned to respond toward Charlevoix to check on the reported disturbance, with a limited description of a white jet ski involved.
