Woman harasses kids and staff at McDonald’s

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a fast-food restaurant near Lower River Road for a report of a woman in her late forties allegedly harassing children and staff. She was reportedly yelling, acting erratically, and may have been intoxicated. She was last seen near a white Nissan Altima in the parking area.
