Two-year-old female reported having breathing trouble at Chalmers Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to Chalmers Park (near N Third St) for a report of a 2-year-old girl who was conscious but “not breathing right,” appeared pale, and was reported disoriented.
