Unanswered 911 call at shooting club

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a 911 hang-up call from the Balsam Lake Rod and Gun Club. The line was open but then disconnected, and a callback attempt went to voicemail. Responders indicated it may be related to an event at the site and no further calls were received.
