As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies are responding to a 911 call reporting a man with mental health issues who may be armed with a loaded firearm near Blackwell Rd (Gold Hill side; KOA mentioned as a staging/meet point). A female at the scene reportedly will not leave without an escort.
