how do you know he's 16. did he show his Id. stop assuming. yes I don't think children should be carrying guns. but what if its a pellet gun. this is a very dangerous situation. for him and anyone who don't know the facts. If he's of age he can open carry. But I do understand the concern. I carry openly and concealed. Blame the Alabama law. don't get someone killed and the are just following the law.
