Elderly woman suffers stroke near Cedar Grove

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical units and fire crews were dispatched to a possible stroke involving an elderly woman at a residence near Sawmill Road in Cedar Grove. The patient was initially reported conscious and breathing but later appeared not to be breathing or responding normally.
