Driver hits bird and breaks windshield on State Road 71

As discussed during the dispatch call, a driver in Cayuga reported that her vehicle windshield was damaged after she apparently hit a bird on State Road 71. She is now at the intersection of Logan Street and Walnut Street requesting a report for insurance purposes.
