Loud music complaint outside apartment window

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a reported loud music disturbance near an apartment on Stewart Circle in Cave Spring. The caller reported two or three people outside a window playing loud music, and units were asked to check the area, with a possible code 50 involved.
