Man vomiting blood and bleeding ear refuses transport

As discussed during the dispatch call, medics responded to a home near Scott Hill Drive in Catlettsburg for a 55-year-old man who was vomiting blood, bleeding from an ear, confused, and refusing transport. Because he was very ill but uncooperative, they requested a sheriff’s deputy to assist at the scene.
