RP did advise that he changed his mind and now wants to go to WMC, possibly in a suicide attempt. We did speak to the male briefly advising that he took nothing. Original RP stated that she saw his carotid artery change. He is breathing and not changing color at all. The back and front door will be open for responders. R.P. also advising the patient is terminally ill and stops peeing four days ago.
