It looks like it's just prior to the Kerry Town Parkway exit, so you would have to get off on that exit and go the wrong way on westbound 40 to get access to it. And we just got completely surrounded by EMS and PD. Which way are we going to need to go to get there? The best I can tell right now is you're going to have to go to Kerrytown Boulevard and get on 40 westbound but coming south back to the station as in the wrong direction of traffic. I'm going to try to communicate with lighter 20. Looking through the scene, it looks like they got through the roadway. They might be going to check on the car that we were dispatched to.
