Man seen hitting female neighbor at Southeast Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported domestic violence incident near Southeast Avenue, where a caller reported seeing a man hitting a female neighbor on live video. The caller later lost visual but could still hear the woman screaming, and EMS and fire were dispatched with an emergency response.
