82-year-old male unresponsive with Parkinson's at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a home near Scout Cabin Road in Carterville for an 82-year-old man with Parkinson’s who was reportedly breathing but otherwise unresponsive after collapsing. A reporting party called in the possible medical emergency but did not remain on the phone.
