Intoxicated woman causes disturbance at Kwik Shop

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a possibly intoxicated woman causing a disturbance and refusing to leave a convenience store near East Locust Street. She later appeared to walk away from the business, and no weapons were reported.
