Paranoid man claims he is followed and carries knife

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was done near Prairie Flower Casino on Avenue H. A man appeared paranoid and claimed he was being followed and called a child molester. The man reportedly had a pocket knife but did not show it.
