Electrical fire hazard at house on Highway 59

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a residential electrical hazard at a home off Highway 59, where power lines entering the house were reportedly sparking. The caller was advised to evacuate, and the fire department and utility company were notified. Power to the house was later cut from inside and the sparking apparently stopped.
