Reckless silver pickup nearly hits driver

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a silver pickup truck driving recklessly near west 10th Street and South Curry Street in Carson City, allegedly running a stop sign and almost hitting the reporting party. The reporting party is willing to sign a complaint.
