Man with chest pain and bleeding at correctional facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to Carson City Correctional Facility for a possible medical emergency involving a 45-year-old man reporting chest pain and bleeding on his left side. He was described as conscious, alert, and breathing rapidly on the west side of the facility.
