Youths knock over portable toilet in old Rite Aid parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report that two boys (around age 12, possibly twins) knocked over a porta potty in the old Rite Aid parking lot off West Main Street in Carrollton, then ran down West Main toward the Speedway South area.
