As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near West Main Street in Carrboro for a male in his 40s who was reportedly in cardiac arrest at a shelter. Police had administered Narcan, and the patient had a pulse but remained unresponsive in a back stairwell.
