Vehicle hit parked car on East Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to East Main Street for a reported traffic incident where a vehicle struck a parked car and the people involved were reportedly refusing to provide information. Another unit was later sent to a residential burglar alarm on Silver Lane.
